Dr. Michael Lawson Swank, MD is an Orthopedic Surgeon with Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine specializing in Computer Assisted Minimally Invasive Hip and Knee Surgery in Cincinnati, OH. Dr. Swank contacted Sund + Co to create an e-commerce website for his state-of-the-art walking sticks and to bring awareness to the benefits of walking thirty minutes a day.

Following the cues from the bold branding for Walk30™, we created an e-commerce site powered by the Shopify platform. We also assisted in product photography, crafting marketing language, and all the technical stuff that goes with setting up an e-commerce site. Dr Swank’s original motivation was to get his pre- and post-op patients walking, but over the years that transformed into a health initiative for all of us. The website sells their innovative walking sticks and crutches, and promotes the benefits of thirty minutes of light exercise daily for everyone.
